Week 3/52 Still Life

[Village Idiot]

This is for week three of the 52 week project from project52.org that I'm following along with. I purchased some tempura and sushi from the local Asian restaurant and did a simple plating.

On the iPad I used the Penultimate app and sketched the scene/what ever (who knew I was so talented)

The photo is two shots, one with a speedotron light behind the table and to the left with a reflector front right. The second is with just ambient and a longer shutter speed so that I could get the screen exposed.

The titled was provided to us with the guides to fit the photo in.

The only change I'd give it, is a crop to level the stove top so that that line would be parallel with Exceptions.
