Well hello my little Chickadee!

[PixelRabbit]

The trees around the house make great cover for the birds visiting the feeders, unfortunately for photgraphing them that means a whole lot of branches to try to avoid, this little guy landed in a nice clear spot in the absolute delicious light!
Would love to hear your thoughts, thanks for taking a look!

Wow, that pops. Beautiful.

There's also a little bird eye/face in the wood that seems to oppose the real birdie. Kind of interesting.

[MSnowy]

Very nice.

[ronlane]

I really like this one.

I would of "liked" this shot but it has snow in it. I can't like any shots with snow. HEHE

That little guy is sooo cute! He's got is wittle feathers all fluffed up to stay warm....awww!

[Derrel]

The lighting and catchlight are both so perfect it looks like it was made with studio flash!

See, whereas when I saw this shot I didn't notice the snow at all. In fact I missed the fluffy awww factor as well. First thought that sprung to my mind was.. BBQ sauce.

Ya, I know, probably just me again.. lol

[tirediron]

Cute bird; what's the weird white stuff on the branch?

[SashaT]

Awesome!!!

[JohnnyBlack]

Really nice, the contrast with the blue background really makes this pop.

THIS!!

But, this photo is SO adorable, I'm gonna pretend that is just that fake stuff you can buy at Hallmark this year, and you just spread it out on a branch hoping a little birdie would come pose on it. Yeah, THAT's the ticket... :lmao:

Thanks Mish We got about 10 inches of the white stuff but missed the bulk of it! The city south of us got over two feet in 36 hours

Nah no BBQ for the Chickadees, there are lots of other "meatier" critters that would go first, geese, ducks, squirrels, raccoons, fish...

Thanks John, judging by how sparkly it was in the morning sun I'm guessing a vampire sneezed overnight
