Yes, I know it's crooked or whatever, lol.
I was trying not to fall off a rock, into the water when i took it..any way I could fix it?

This one's really not even worth putting up..meh

I really like this one, but from a professional standpoint, I'm sure it sucks.

i'd twist it a little in lightroom 3

Yeah but when I rotate it, (Using Photoshop CS5, I don't have lightroom), it leaves blank spaces in the corners, from the rotation, meaning I'd have to crop them out..
the picture doesn't look so swell cropped that much.

Well, that's simply a by-product of rotating too much. It's that, or tilt your monitor 30° to starboard.

either a flash, reflector, or just need to be there at the right time of day.

google photography composition and you should learn a lot
