went shooting in southern Ohio today

This a park in Hocking Hills, Ohio. there are several different falls to shoot, and variety of trails and caves... I have shot this area several times and have never had enough water to really see.... today we where hoping for snow and ice, and got sunny weather in the 50's.... amazing to me is the amount of green still there... January in ohio is usually blah and white!
these exposures have not been enhanced to much in photoshop... this time it was all in camera... i bracketed the white balance, and really liked the warmer of the exposures....

Thanks Peanuts! I do a lot of competition at WWW.photos-of-the-year.com and when i get this kinda of feedback i feel i have leg up on the competition as far knowing what to post into the contest galleries!

Awesome.....great color balance in these!! Good whites and greens. What a location...it looks gorgeous.

I'm having browser problems and can only see two at once, but if I hit refresh, a different two pop up...and it's totally worth the monkey games I have to play with this browser! Excellent shots!!

BTW: Where do you live in Ohio? I grew up in Portsmouth and went to college in Athens. I never made it to Hocking Hills, however.
