Went to the mountains this weekend!

For this memorial day, I took the family camping in the mountains of north Georgia and was hoping to take some great landscape and wildlife photos. I had all of my gear with me, but I ended up breaking my ankle on the first day.........I went to the RX and bought some crutches and a brace, but then, my wife ended up rolling her ankle and taking them away from me......sigh

No, lol. My wife asked me to take a photo of our legs with the one set of crutches, but I refused. I actually broke my ankle an hour before going, but I wasn't going to ruin the trip for the family, so I patched and went anyway. I went to an urgent care yesterday and was reported back today that I broke my ankle.

Yup, I switched to high top hiking boots to get better ankle support when hiking. Just not as young anymore :{
Camping is great! hope the kids had fun.

I've cranked my ankle a couple of times on hikes this spring, and realized I really need some high ankle hikers as well.

Well if you keep cranking it and it won't start maybe it needs a tune up. Worked for my old international harvester. Lol
