Hard to tell. Possibly Kestrels.

Saw them in the park North of Dallas a few days ago. Only had a phone. Never saw them before.

The closest I can come to getting an ID is a Mexican Goshawk (aka Grey Hawk). Size and coloration look like it.

I'm not familiar with them myself, but they seem to have a pretty large head and eyes in comparison to their bodies. Neat looking, hope you can get some closer shots next time.
