What camera fits requirements for my Film Photography class?

I am taking a beginning film photography class this semester, and the camera requirements are very specific. I have tried looking online, but there are so many cameras and most of them don't have enough information about the functions. I have a Canon EOS Rebel T3, so I would like something similar to that, but it is not a requirement. I'm not looking to spend a ton of money, and I'm not looking for anything top of the line. My budget is about $100, and I definitely can get a used. I just need something that will fill these basic needs.

SLR Film Camera
Manual shutter speed and aperture controls
Interchangeable lens with manual focus - 35-50mm fix focal length (a fixed focal length is preferred, but not a necessity. If at all possible, I would want something that i could use with my Rebel T3)
Adjustable ISO settings
In-camera light meter
Self-timer or be able to use a cable release
Manual override rewind button

Again, I'm hoping to keep this around 100 dollars. At this point, I don't really have to option to be picky. Thank you so much for your help!

You could probably get a good nikon N75, I used this for years before the digital switch!

You can find a Canon AE-1 for relatively little money. 5omm manual focus lens would be the standard lens on it. it can be used as shutter priority or in manual mode.
Check Craigslist in your area or Ebay. I've had one since the late 70[s and it still works fine. I also have an A-1 but I don't think you could find one of those for $100

If your T3 just has DX lenses then it probably doesn't matter what brand of film camera you buy since you wouldn't be able to use dx lenses on it anyway..

DX is a Nikon designation, but all Nikon lenses from the last 7 or 8 years have the same F-Mount.

nikon has compatibility with basically all of their lenses unlike canon, so if you got a nikon slr you'd be able to use the lenses later if you ever got a digital nikon. You could easily get a body with a 50mm for under a hundred.

So.. EF-S is like Nikon's DX then? I don't know much about Canon.. I assume that older film bodies still can't use those lenses made for cropped sensors... am I wrong? That's what I was getting at..

Nikon's F- Mount is unchanged since the original F in 1959...
