Recently down load a 30-day trial copy of CorelDraw Graphics Suite 12
I was playing around in Photo-Paint and did this. What command did I use?
Need to slow down on my mouse clinking. :scratch:

Can't give you the answer to your question, but the effect is stunning. One of the best filter-effects I've seen so far. Tried to play with the "artistic" filters in PhotoShop today and was never happy. This one, however...

Looks like I did an “Adjust - Local Equalization”. It’s on the Image pull down menu. Also think I must have did tone adjustment to fix the lower rigth
