What do you do to keep learning?

I'm always learning. Taking classes helps that, so does taking jobs that challenge me. I also talk to photographers both in and out of my field whenever I get the chance. For instance listening to Ami Vitale talk provided a lot of inspiration for me. I read books, websites and reviews of my own work. I analyze my photos, and lastly, I shoot whenever I can with whoever wants to join me. I love working with other pros and find I learn a lot from it.
