Ok. Well,
It appears to be an elderly person with an Arc of Senilis in each eye. I see cholesterol depositions on the blephera and lentiginous spots on the skin.

In addition, it appears that DOF is not quite deep enough to get the back eye in focus. It was lit with terrible on-camera flash.
