Don't like it for a few reasons.

Borderline blown out highlights on the face.

The motion of the hair is nice but the expression does not match.

The processing is heavy-handed, as is clear by the blue splotch under her chin which makes her hair disappear unnaturally.

Buy some face paints for a few bucks and try this without faking it. Focus on the expression, as that will make or break a shot similar to this.

I like the expression. She kind of looks cross-eyed but it also adds a bit to the charm.

The magenta from the lips down makes her look bruised. Other than that, it is interesting.

She's got no dimension to her face first and foremost. The eyes are the only thing left in normal exposure, focus and color and just look bizarre. Looks like it was originally a beautiful shot on the eyes.
The color, well, you are into some really different things than I am so, that part is all you.
What are you trying to convey with it? because it's mostly making me think maybe someone beat the hell out of her, but I am just old, so... If it makes you happy it's good.
