I think he means exactly what he said. This shot would have been better if you'd have held the camera horizontally rather than vertically.

I didn't know that's what KmH meant. I looked it up but couldn't find anything. Thank you though.

I agree kmH made the photo much more interesting with a landscaping crop. Best edit so far.

Keep on shooting more sunsets. It isn't the last sunset you'll ever see and the next one may have more clouds at the horizon line, which will make for more stunning but naturally-occurring colors rather than the photoshopped sunset on steroids look. Also remember to shoot when the "ball" slips under the horizon. That's when the show really begins.
