the only difference is they come with either the flash or the grip...
It's up to you. They're both fine...though I probably wouldn't spend a whole crapload on the kit lenses....

I'd personally go flash over battery grip, but both are very useful.

depends on what you want, do you find yourself shooting for extended periods of time without a location to charge? Or do you like the comfort of a battery grip? If neither of these apply, go with the flash kit. Id personally suggest skipping both and investing the extra $$ in another lens.
