Mine didn't change much when I went to digital, as my shooting habits didn't change. I don't delete in the camera unless I've shot so much that I need the room. I'll check for exposure and focus, but that's it.

well this thread has made me feel a lot better! I'm probably getting just under 1% I would have thought but it's getting better. Does getting a higher percentage mean you're a better photographer or just have lower standards I wonder, I guess there must be some of each in there...
