Did the photog release the info about it being "posed" without being asked? If so, I don't think he had any malcontent.
He could have lied, so I wouldn't have any bad feelings toward him/her.

The photog said that it hadn't been planned.
Then after another couple of posts, the photog said that he had seen the shot and asked the person to hold that pose while he got into position and framed the shot.
As part of trying to make me the spoilsport, the poster said that he had a college degree in photography and taking 'snapshots' had been removed from his 'consciousness.'
As if, all non-posed shots were snapshots and unworthy.
