Then the 35mm 1.8 lens should be on your list assuming you have the budget. And may be a flash but not necessarily the SB-700.

Between those two? 60D. Especially for video. Also has independent aperture/shutter speed controls which is a big plus. The 60D is also more durable than the D5100, or the T3i by a long shot.

The 60d is the best in its price range. Add 300 more then the D7000. And add 500 thne 7D. If you can afford it, the 60d is a good choice and like what o hey tyler said, it beats the t3i and d5100 by a long shot.

Nikon D7000 then Canon 7D. But then again use the savings for a 50mm 1.8 lens or a 70-300mm lens.

I understand you want to get the best system for your budget and not feel you made the "wrong" decision after making the purchase. You've been given some great advice and some solid suggestions on which cameras would serve you well. But at this point I think you're over-analyzing and splitting hairs. Any one of these suggested camera systems is a great choice, and continuing to compare features and ask which is better is probably a waste of time, in my opinion. It's easy to keep comparing, but you'll drive yourself crazy eventually; besides, something "better" is always in production, or you could spend just a little bit more and get something fancier, and so on. Whatever is best today is soon surpassed by the next model. You'll never be happy with your decision if you follow this path or allow others to choose for you.

Have you played in the store with your top choices, yet? Do that and then commit to one and pull out your money and buy the camera that you like best in your hands. It's really as simple as that.
