hi everyone I have a Sony nex c3 camera and I like shooting my carp fishing pictures with it I shoot in 5x7 pics but when I print It's normally in 6x4 what is the best size to shoot on a normal basis ?

There is no such thing as 'one size fits all' printing.

You really can't put a 20x24 in your wallet, and it's hard to hang a wallet on your walls.

If you print usually about 4 x 6 (3:2 ratio), you need a picture that is in the 3:2 ratio and is of convenient size.C
'Convenient' means that the picture has enough information to be clear and sharp but not so big that it takes up lots of space - these large files can be used to print very large pictures.

Your camera captures pictures in the 3:2 ratio so you are set there.
If you only want to print small pictures, just choose the smaller picture size option.
If you want to be more certain you'll have as much information as you need in case the picture is terrific and you want to print a bigger one, just pick the medium or largest size picture in the setup menus.
