What the hell to do with this?

Look at my new prize, a camera stand

I remember using one in High School, which makes sense, since this is from a high school - but I don't know what to do with it now.
The lights suck, one was broken so I've tried to repair it, but I'm missing a part I need. It weighs something on the order of 40 pounds, and is quite massive. Any ideas on what to do with it? Make it a light tent some how? I'm at a loss, it was given to me by my gf's mother, who runs the IT department for a school system.

Well if you ever get down to Kansas you could bring it to me. I would put it to very good use. I have a set of lights that I would attach to the arms that work great. right now I am using my tripod and the six lights attached to a table.
