open the photo in whatever editing program you have.
find whatever setting you want to adjust and click "auto"
save photo.

Each photo is different. You need to know what the image needs, and then how to do it.

It's never like following a cake recipe.

1. Obtain and install software
2. Determine what on photograph needs to be adjusted.
3. Make adjustments to photograph.
4. Go to 2, repeat as needed.

Yep, it really is that simple. Most decent software will have all the tools you need, the only trick is determining what needs to be adjusted.

Open up MS paint and use the spray can. It's super good for skin softening.

I will not and stop being so damn rude.

Let's lighten up a little bit shall we? Perhaps review this link until you're more familar with on-line posting and TPF in particular!

What do you want us to say? You started a super vague thread, post one sentence at a time, and have no structure or direction as far as what you need help with. That's pretty much what all your threads have been like so far.

If you want people to not be "rude" to you, you get what you give. Put more effort into wording posts.

O.K., I'll give it a shot:

First; you will need an editing software. There are some free ones available, or you can purchase one.
Next; look at your photos on the computer. If they look too dark, you can usually lighten them somewhat. Make sure they are level, particularly if the horizon shows up in the photo. If skin tones look unusual, you can adjust the color by adjusting the "white balance".

That is usually about all you would have to check and adjust on most photos. After you get more experience, you can start fooling around with the other adjustments that are on your software. Some softwares automatically save the version you just adjusted, and others require you to manually save it.

Do you have any specific questions about it?

I wonder if there are any books that teach you how to use photoshop? Hmmmm...
