I will fuking not and stop being so damn rude.
Wrong way to reply to ANYONE on this forum who is trying to help you. There was nothing rude in Tyler's reply to you - if you don't want to follow the suggestion, ignore it.

Here is how the forum works, since you are new: Replies like yours tend to get reported to people like me: moderators. If you start making trouble, you start on a downhill slide that will guarantee your tenure here at TPF will be a short one. I hope that is sufficiently clear.

Please be respectful to the members who are trying to help you, and you will get along fine. Any questions, shoot me a PM, and feel free to check out the FAQ's regarding conduct guidelines.

Thanks!

I started out on Adobe Elements. It does have a learning curve though. I would start with a 30 day free trial of Adobe Elements or Adobe Lightroom 4 and then buy a buy that will help quide you along. I would also start watching some youtube videos. There are so many good ones out there.

Buy PaintShop Pro X5 Ultimate and follow the step by step instructions in the Learning Centre part of the program.

Because so many of them aren't very good?

And the rest are outdated.
And it's a haphazzard shotgun approach that doesn't teach the basics first, and then build upon those early lessons to enable the student to learn the intermediate stuff, then the advanced stuff, the way a well thought out course curriculum does.

I wonder if there are any books that teach you how to use photoshop? Hmmmm...

books, who has time to read them? I heard a tell about a new website call youtube that might have video's on the subject of photoshop.
