haha nice photoshop - and to the OP, yes definitely use incorporate them in the image.
If i would have handed that in to my teacher, he would have made me crop out the tree branches on the right. If i had a zoom lens i would have zoomed in on the power lines and shot it horizontally.

I like the mix of industrial and nature.

Nooo! My's power lines! lol.

That was with a zoom lens. 300mm. I was on the opposite hillside. I love how they just cut a patch through like that. They do that with the hills for the highway, too. I'll have to do one of that sometime.

The part that really kills me is there's an amazing view out over the valley and the sun sets right over it every evening. But they just had to put power lines right across your view. It's like they try.
