What's the difference?

Between these two lenses? Will they both auto focus with my D80?

Nikkor Ai-S 50mm f/1.8

Nikkor AF 50mm f/1.8 D

I read both reviews but I can't figure out what's different.

The AI-S is an oder manual focus lens. It's a great lens, but the AF-D is the modern, auto-focusing lens.
