What's up with my Manfrotto 808RC4?

So, I noticed today that the bubble level on my 808RC4 is sagging! The two screws that are supposed to hold it in on the near side are loose, and do not hold even when I tighten them. I've had this head for like 2 months, and this is really pissing me off that the only plastic part on my $130 tripod head is loose.

It looks like the bubble level itself is no longer level.

Not all mass produced things get mass produced perfectly, which is why they usually have a warranty.

Send it in for a warranty repair. If when you tightened the screws you over-tightened them and stripped the plastic don't be surprised if they don't honor the warranty.

I've never even touched these screws until today. I just figured they had become loose over time, and I didn't notice it.
