Looks like water falling on/running over a sponge or loofah... or... carpet?

I peeked at the EXIf and saw a shutter time of 1/50 though... probably not fast enough to freeze the motion of water like that... but it sure looks like water spray, etc. Curious to find out what this is.

My guess on this one is nearly the same as others..... packed snow or ice.
