where can i develope black and white photos?

This might be a stupid question, but bare with me i am new to photography. I took a class when i was a senior in highschool and we developed just black and white photos and there is something about black and whites that i just love. Well anyway my question is are there any public dark rooms were i can develop my own black and whites, if there is such a thing. thanks

Well I think it will depend on where you live. Here in Portland there are a couple rental darkrooms. You can also look into taking photo classes through the community colleges and then you have access to their darkrooms.
