Where does that thing attach?

The front and rear engine mounts aircraft pylon side. Just 4 bolts in the front, 8 bolts in the rear! Blue lines point to the bolt holes. Those surfaces are the only contact area. Rolls Royce Trent 800 / B777-200ER. 90,000# thrust rating.
