this is just a snapshot of some other person's art.

I have to agree, I doubt there was any thought on what was going on in the background of this shot. It's still a funny statue and got a smile out of me.

If I got a smile from you then its already worth it.
Here is the scenario, we just landed in Vancouver, my wife and kids are in the front while dad is behind snapping away.
I see a cool statue (cant see the family already) tons of people coming and going between me and the statue, I got one sec when I have a clear shot, I take it and run to find my family.
Find my family-everybody is mad at dad that (as usual) is taking pictures of everything that moves and everything that doesn't move and holds up the family.
So under the circumstance I am pretty happy with the shot even though its not exactly what I was trying to get.
