just got an email from her- she's not at that office any longer and thus has no access during the day, and she's still having trouble getting onto tpf from home.
she sounds pretty upbeat despite the monkey wrenches.
she should be back soon, and asked me officially to say hi to all...

And I only wish I could have been in the darkroom all this time.... 5 hours a week isn't nearly enough, and now that I am offically unemployed, this puts a serious dampening on my quest to set up a darkroom at home. :x Silly hubby, worrying about things like a mortgage when eBay is calling!

Seriously, though, I am fine and had to reformat my hard drive here at home to get this stinkin' PC back to this (and other phpbb) forums. It was reeeeeally weird there for awhile, but seems to have fixed the problem. :cheer:

Well, the unemployment thing is never a happy state of affairs, but this time it certainly wasn't unexpected...we'd been in bankruptcy for months. When the only other provider (this is/was a medical practice) gave notice, it was pretty much the death knell for the place.

Thankfully we've been kind of preparing for this day so it will be a couple of months, anyway, before we're chewing crusts of bread for food. :wink:
