Which camera? A75 upgrade please help!

I'm going to upgrade my old Canon A75. Which camera should i get with better/similar characteristics?
Price range:150-250€

- A75 sensor:1/2.7 "
- A75 weight 315gr with batteries ---- i would like a lighter one.
- Not bigger than the size of the A75 ( 101 x 64 x 32 mm )
- Must be Canon

It doesn't get much smaller and lighter than the Canon Digital Elph series (known as Digital IXUS in your part of the world).

I got the A590IS. It has awful quality of materials, the resolution is bigger but the quality of the pictures are worst. I hate canon.:thumbdown:
