Which is the better lens option?

I have a nikon d3100 and the 18-55 lens that came with it. I'm looking at buying a 2nd lens. I'm wondering which would be better?Tamron 18-200 f3.5-6.3 dI-II built in motor Nikon 55-200 Af-s dx F4-5.6G EDThanks!
