Tamron SP AF 17-50mm f/2.8 VC XR Di II LD Aspherical
Nikon Nikkor 18-105mm F/3.5-5.6G AF-S DX VR
Nikon Nikkor 55-200mm f/4-5.6G I AF-S DX VR

Based on zero details given, I would use the 35mm.

If this is an indoor shoot with very tight conditions, I might grab the 17-50mm 2.8.

If this is an outdoor shoot with a lot of light, and a lot of space- I might opt for the longer 55-200mm and really get back from my subject.

Details help advice.

Outside with good lighting, I've been using the 18 - 105.

All of the lenses you have can be used as portrait lenses.

Which one you'll want to use will be determined by the number of people, the depth-of-field you want, and the location of the shoot.

You have a lot of unnecessary focal length overlap in your lens lineup.

Yep would sell the 18-105 and go for an 85mm f1.8 to complement the 35mm f1.8.
And as pointed out any lens mentioned by KmH.

And use a flash to compensate with the slower lenses when the need arises.
I have had good success with my Tammy 17-50 f2.8 and even the 55-200vr.
