Which one of these two do you prefer here - BW or Color?

Which do you prefer in this case, the black & white or the color shot?

I'm interested in general opinions and reviews as well.

Though flatter than your edit Traveler, its a little less harsh as well. I've always had a taste for the less harsh...lol. I'm certainly not saying mine is better than yours - because I'm certainly not. I'm very interested in other's opinions, reviews, direction and criticism. Thank you for your input

A slight decline yes, while rounding a wide corner. With that said, I could probably rotate the image CW just a touch in an effort to eliminate confusion. Without seeing the entire track, I agree that the perspective leads the viewer to believe the photographer has a short left leg. Thanks.

I like this one (assuming it's slightly leveled) and @The_Traveler 's version. Sooooo... B&W.

That's the problems with file conversion. This scene should be shot on Tmax 100, rated maybe at ISO 80, with orange filter and compensated in development. Initial shot is underexposed and then conversion is or too harsh or too flat. In both, the Travelers and yours second version the sky is grayish, without any character.
