I like number 1. Number 2 looks a bit overexposed.

They are close.
My pref would be for the original + 85 warming filter (@ 28). It seems less blotchy than the 'red' one.
I would try a less bold blanket; I think the color and pattern sort of overwhelms the little head sticking out.

Nether look unnatural in the skin tones to me so not having seen the baby myself I cannot say which is closest to the way the baby actually looks.
