Too many variables in play here.

The first one everyone's going to like better, pretty much. It's warmer toned, you've punched up the contrast a fair bit, brought the whites up to white and the blacks down to black. This gives the skin a more pleasing almost white tone, which makes it look clean and soft. I don't know if you've sharpened it more, or if it's just the larger contrast changes that give that appearance, but the eyes look a little too punchy in the first one (and not punchy enough in the second one).

Essentially, you have added bacon, salt, garlic, and butter to the first one, and asked us which one tastes better!
