Which Scanner?, Help Me Choose

Hey Everyone, I'm looking at buying a decent scanner and can't decide which of these two i should get, The Epson Perfection 4490 Photo or The Epson Perfection V350 Photo. there is not much difference in the price of the two (AU$311 for the 4490 & AU$285 for the V350) so it all come down to which is the better one, I will be using it mostly for photo scanning for photoshop work and reprinting (ie "pixiefotos", cheaper to buy a scanner then a photo package lol) but will also like to scan up some of my old negatives.
If anyone has any other scanner they think would also be as good or better for around AU$300 can you let me know.
