Had a cyclone go through here for three days and wanted to get up to the estuary to check on the Kingfisher and a few perches. All good but they were taken their time further out.

So a few white fronted Tern's it was to be. The Caspian Tern's have the orange beak and different colours and details compared to these Tern's.

So no a lot out and about yet after the cyclone, but they will come for sure. All the best folks.

Danny.

Really neat shots. You can see how the leading edge of their wings curve down, forming a more efficient, lift producing airfoil. Ole Ma Nature is a pretty darn good engineer! Lee

Danny, those are gorgeous. Love the background in #1 but all are very well done.

I was trying to get some in flight shots today. Nothing like these! Great job Danny! It's so crisp it feels like I'm there.
