Who actually takes photos here?

It has been a while since I posted some pics on the site. When it comes to my own work I have really high expecatations so I only post the stuff I get really excited about.... the stuff that is out of the ordinary and unique.

Fair question Mark and it made me think a little (just a tiny bit!) and you're correct in that I haven't posted anything reasonable in a while.
A little background, I've only owned a camera for just over a year, it's a digital Olympus C2040 and the only camera of any type I've ever owned but I'm definitely hooked now and as soon as the bucks can be spared I'm getting a Canon 10D.
Initially I took lots of pics and quite a few I wanted to share but now I'm finding that most of the stuff I'm shooting would probably bore most people out of their gourds.
I'm not an artsy person (did you guess that?) so I'm not into composing pics and I have to look for opportunities that appeal to me and they've been far between lately for a variety of reasons but when something comes up that I think might be worth posting I promise I'll do it.
And yes I do like just hanging out here and learning.

And we all love you, MrSid.... Although one could argue that part of learning is to put up stuff you *think* is good and get some feedback. But to each his own, right? And I'm glad you're here, you always make me laugh. :LOL:
