I need you help in English Is here anyone who may spend some time and check my essay?

It is 1 A4 page - 350 words exactly. It is a proposal actually covering the idea of "banning cars from the city centre" (yes, very exam-like piece of writting).
I am taking my Cambridge of Profficiency in English exam in December and I need to prepare more...
