Why I go out in the fog....

These White-tailed Kites were gotten a couple years back and a couple of days after Christmas. The fog was just starting to lift. The bird is landing and not taking off. He had taken off as we approached headed into the fog. Decided it was better back on the perch with the other one. coming in almost over our heads.. The wife got this (to me amazing shot) just as he was landing. The fog is excellent lighting....if you can find the bird!
note- this is printed 14x17 on metal and hung on our wall.

...I'd add that I probably wouldn't go out in the fog looking for bears.

Very nice! I haven't been out in the fog for a while because I have to use such high ISO that I don't like the results. Perhaps that's just an excuse from a lazy old fart.
