What were the equipment used here?

All were shot with a Panasonic G1 body & a variety of lenses but the long shots of birds were with either a Sears 80-200/4 or a Vivitar Series 1 70-210/3.5 (Tokina made). I have quite a stable of vintage lenses & do not keep a record of what was used for any particular shot.
