I'm not having physical chemistry until spring '13, unfortunately.

As with all ionic compounds, the reaction goes faster the hotter the environment is. Also, the reactant concentrations will affect the equilibrium constant, as will the pressure. The bond between the two reactants in the complex is a very strong one, and it takes quite much energy to break it.

(and I know, the arrow formalism used here is incorrect, but I had no other option than to do that. google arrow formalism chemistry if interested in knowing more)
