Kit lens, 18-55. Somewhere around 18mm, on Canon 40D. "False HDR" in the sense that I used two exposures, masked in the "fixed" sky from one into the other. Camera was placed on the grass, and fired away. I liked the perspective, and I think I got some interesting looking shots. Colour and bw follow.

What do you think?

Thank you for sharing opinions! :)

Very cool shot man.

The only 2 things i will comment on is thst there is too much highlight between the mountain and the sky on the #1 pic, a constant glow. The 2nd is the Seagull on the upper left corner is cropped out, it kinna take a away from the pic a bit. Hope this help, just my honest opinion.

Yea, I left that bird there, decided not to clone it out. Thought maybe it would add some "soon" aspect to the pic :) I converted to bw to try and get rid of that harsh line between sky/mountain.

I thank you for your opinions! :)

Geez, these are geese!!!! LOL

I agree with PinkDoor it does sort of look like the gulls are on the offensive. Very cool image.

I like the weather :D look's storm also set's the mood of the picture. Nice job.
