First time out with my new lens. All shot with canon t4i and 55-250mm lens. My first zoo visit with camera. Thanks for look c&c welcomed.

I like your monkey shot the best ....you might want to open mid and shadows just a bit as they look a little deep

1st time editing ever. I know what shadow is but mid? I opened the shadows up on them but I guess not enoug though. Im using the trial period of lightroom 4 liking it so far

Picture #5 is my favorite. I just love the little emotion on the monkeys face. The only criticism I have for it is that the picture seems to be a bit out of focus. Not very sharp IMO. The rest seem to have a little bit of focusing issues as well. I'd just recommend keep shooting with the lens until you get more of a "feel" for it.

Yea I noticed that on some of the pics. I hope its from me just shaking a little and not the lens. Def buying a monopod for next.time I go.they were all hand held. And some I had to drop the shutter speed pretty low.
