Wild Fire Smoke

These fires in Colorado are getting old quick but do occasionally make for some good photo ops. This plume is actually ~60 miles away but sure looks closer.

Cool shot, great colours and an imressive smoke cloud. I'd consider pulling up the shadows in the foreground just a touch as they are a little clipped.

Thanks, I may revisit. Last night I liked it a little darker to make the colors in the clouds pop even more, but I think you may be right.

I’m in Evergreen. Same here, smoke has come and gone off and on for months now. Let’s hope this snow storm on the way this weekend delivers.
