Wild Lupins

Been trying to get a decent shot of these for ages. I like this one, so I thought I'd share and maybe brighten up someone's day. But if anyone has any tips on how to make purple flowers look purple and not blue...please share. :hail:

they are so pretty, we get a lot of lupines here in the AZ desert too... they never show up as dramatic in photographs... especially when trying to capture a wide angle. i think you did really well here, i like the DOF, and the color looks pretty good to me. better than any of my lupine shots! :thumbup:
