I saw that earlier. It's HARD AS HELL to catch a real meteor on camera... I've tried it several times and I am still trying! I don't forsee it happening tonight either. It's a balmy even 0 degrees here... Not good on the battery life and not good on these old joints!

I've been drinking rum and Chiving (theCHIVE - Funny Photos and Funny Videos – Keep Calm and Chive On) all night. My brain has.been.fried.

Nope. 3 - 5 a.m. 15 degree forecast. I'm out.
*Maybe* if I was guaranteed an outstanding photo of a meteor for my efforts...but possibly not even then.

I'll wait for the springtime meteors. I'm a southern girl; we just don't DO subfreezing temps.
