Cataract Surgery

Great news for me, I will have my Cataract surgery on April 17th. I am looking forward to being able to use my cameras again.

My mom just had her first eye done last week. She can already see without her glasses.

Best wishes and a speedy recovery. There is only one downside to this...you won't have your eyes to blame anymore for any out of focus shots .

We had it a couple of years ago. I can drive without glasses again, but I need them for reading. I can use the camera's viewfinder without glasses now, but need them to see the back screen.

Best of luck to you in your surgery! After I had mine done I mentioned to the surgeon that at first everything seemed too bright, he said that's because I had basically been looking through the bottom of a dirty Coke bottle for years. I have no regrets about having the surgery.
