Wise Een Tarn and the Langdale Pikes, UK

Went to a new location yesterday evening, but chickened out on waiting for sunset, something which I was cursing myself for as it was spectacular and I was given the view towards Langdale Pikes on my drive back to the house, just to rub it in with nowhere safe to park up and shoot.

Nice pics, beautiful place! That same thing happened to me just last night. I looked out the back door towards the sun when it was getting pretty low and thought, might be a good night for a spectacular sunset. A minute later I thought, might be a good night for a ride on the motorcycle and did that instead because I hadn't ridden in over a week and had the urge. Thirty minutes later and a block away from the house I'm cruising along on my bike and I saw one of the most awesome sunsets I'd ever seen with vibrant scarlet clouds against a purplish/blue sky. I was kicking myself, too, real hard! I'm hoping the sky will be the same tonight, fingers crossed. GL to you, maybe you can make up for it, also!
