Wood Duck family

Ran across this Wood Duck family yesterday while kayaking on a local lake. They do look different when in Eclipse(non-mating) plumage, although the male keeps his red eyes. They let me get pretty close, which is unusual for Wood Ducks. Perhaps the young ones aren't ready to fly yet.
