Woodsy walk.

The town where I live has a maze of walking paths set away from the streets and it is a quite beautiful way to get from place to place. I meet a few people walking their dogs, often Golden Retrievers because its that kind of town, but I do get a lot of time to think.
I generally loathe phone cameras but the best camera is the one that is with you and I had walked out without the little EP-3 I usually schlep along so I had to resort to this.
The sun this morning was quite lovely through the trees.

Thanks, it is.
I live in Columbia, one of these planned communities and there are no overhead wires or large signs, lots of dedicated open space and very few straight streets.
Consequently, until GPS became ubiquitous, finding your way around was damned difficult.
But it remains quite a lovely place.

Very nice spot, the image is a little flat and lacks real depth, but the spot is beautiful. I am sure it looked a lot better in person.
